CIG Capital Investment Group, LLC
CIG-Investment Bank project as a corporate division will engage in advisory-based financial transactions on behalf of individual’s business owners of small or large enterprises, corporations, and the government of Haiti in regards to community projects like Real Estate Developpement, Housings for state employees, Agriculture, Schools, Hospitals, general infrastructures, etc.
CIG-Investment Bank might assist in raising financial capital by underwriting or acting as the client's agent in the issuance of securities. As such, we will also assist companies involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as asset management departments in conjunction with their investment research businesses.
As a Financial Service company we will be present in all economically developed geographic locations of Haiti and will tend to be present in international financial centers such as London, New York City, and Tokyo in association with our partners.
We, in essence, as an Investment Bank, are a bridge between large enterprises and the investor. Our primary roles are to advise businesses and governments on how to meet their financial challenges and to help them procure financing whether it be from stock offerings, bond issues, or derivative products.
Our Role as Advisors
Taking into account the current investing climate, we will recommend the best way to raise funds. This could entail selling an ownership stake in the company through a stock offer or borrowing from the public through a bond issue. We can also help determine how to price these instruments by utilizing sophisticated financial models.
While advising companies and helping them raise money is an important part of what we do, we also planned to work on major projects like the construction of multiple Industrial Parks throughout Haiti which we named:
LIBERTY INDUSTRIAL PARC FRRE ZONE.
In that sense, we intend to be highly diversified in terms of the services we offer.
One of our objectives is to attract foreign investors in a safe and secured environment, job creation and accelerate economic development in lagging regions of Haiti through a comprehensive support beyond just world-class industrial infrastructure.
As part of our engagement to the community, such Project of National Interest will have the capacity to create 1,000,000 direct jobs and simultaneously create industrial and residential communities with a new outlook on the future of Haiti.
The Bottom Line
As a national entity, we will play an important role by helping companies, and government entities make educated financial decisions and raise needed capital for various private and public projects.
